Individual Therapy

 

Individual therapy offers a dedicated space for you to explore your inner world without performance or pressure. In our one-to-one work, we take time to understand your patterns, relationships, emotions, and the experiences that have shaped you.

 

Whether you are navigating anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply a desire to understand yourself more deeply, I meet you where you are — with curiosity, steadiness, and respect. Together, we work toward greater awareness, responsibility, and choice, supporting meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable.

Support for life transitions

Periods of change often unsettle the parts of us that feel most stable. Even chosen transitions — a new career, a relationship shift, personal growth, or a significant life event — can bring uncertainty, grief, or self-doubt alongside possibility.

 

In this space, we slow the process down. Together, we make sense of what is ending, what is emerging, and who you are becoming in the midst of it. I offer steadiness, honesty, and thoughtful guidance as you navigate change, helping you respond with clarity and intention rather than reaction. Transitions may feel messy, but they can also become moments of realignment — an opportunity to return to your unedited self with greater awareness and choice.

Neurodivergence Support

I have experience working with Autistic and ADHD clients, including those who are formally diagnosed and those who are exploring whether neurodivergence may be part of their experience. 

Our work is centred on understanding your unique way of thinking, processing, and relating to the world — not on trying to make you fit expectations that were never designed with you in mind. Together, we explore strengths, challenges, sensory and emotional patterns, and the impact of masking or burnout where relevant.

 

Self-Discovery & Personal Growth

 

Self-discovery is the process of turning toward yourself with honesty and curiosity. It invites you to look beneath habits, roles, and expectations to better understand your patterns, values, and desires.

 

In our work together, we create intentional space for reflection and insight — not to “fix” who you are, but to know yourself more fully. Through this deeper understanding, you can begin to make choices that feel aligned rather than reactive. Growth, in this way, is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and agency.
